I'm the one who started giving birth to the MOST delicious, cruelty-free and affordable fast food in the Holy Land.
Since I was very young, I have been setting up initiatives in favor of animal rights and environnment. But I always wanted to go further.
In addition to informing the general public and highlighting on the negative impact of livestock farming since I was 13, I wanted to be an actor of change and provide an alternative solution accessible directly at home for all the population. This solution would offer a sustainable, healthy food with a CRAZY taste, & most of all: without killing anyone.
Cheedal was founded in 2022, in the center of Tel Aviv, on the shores of the Mediterranean.
Its objective is to give everyone the opportunity to try plant-based food and improve access to vegan options everywhere, while guaranteeing accessible prices.
In addition to offering 100% vegetable products, the most part of our menu is Made In Israel! What does that mean? Our products breathe the Israeli & Mediterranean gastronomy and heritage. In short, we use high quality ingredients like Beyond Meat for our burgers, vegetables like onions, tomatoes and lettuce from israeli fields and clean label products with high nutritional values and incredible flavors.

Why Cheedal? In Chinese, Chi (pronounced Chee) means spirituality. It represents the basis of the universe and the harmony between the elements and the living. It perfectly represents the idea we have of Cheedal, created to bring together living beings by preserving nature, animals, and bringing all humans together at the same table. Dal means vegetable in Indian. It gives its name to many vegetable dishes based on legumes, being the basis of Indian and vegan gastronomic culture around the world!
These are the values that we have been keen to convey from the beginning: unity, through food. Our first kitchen was a restaurant in Netanya, a coastal city in central Israel. Our goal is to expand quickly in order to be present in all Israeli metropolises. It will only be up to you!!
